FAQ's
What is a credit union? It is a not-for-profit, cooperative financial institution formed to permit it's membership to save, borrow and obtain financial services. Credit unions are owned by their members cooperatively.
Who may join Members First Credit Union? Employees and their immediate family of these corporations are eligible for membership.
How does someone join Members First Credit Union? The completion of a simple application and a $25 deposit into a share savings account is all it takes. This may be done at the main branch.

I received my debit card and the PIN number was not with it. When will I receive my PIN? The PIN number is mailed separately for your protection. You will receive it within a couple of days of receiving the card.
Help! My debit card was lost or stolen. What do I do? Immediately call 866-238-0277 to report the loss and further assistance with issuing a new debit card. If you call after hours or on a weekend, please leave a message for Karen at ext. 3.
How do I easily view what checks have cleared my account?
You may sign up for FREE Online Access where you can inquire on all checks that have cleared as well as utilize many other transaction capabilities. If you are not signed up for online access, please click here to start.
How do I re-order checks? You can log in to your account online and click "Order Checks" in the left menu bar or you may call 877-585-8777 to order through our provider, Liberty.
How do I stop a check? You'll need to log in to your account online and click "Stop Payment" in the left menu bar or you may call 608-271-5301.
How do I stop getting statements in the mail? It's easy! Either log in to your account online and click on "E-statements" to sign up or you may call 608-271-5301.
